Cancellation Policy

BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY Effective Date: 1-1-2025 ​ At Grow Mental Health & Wellness, we value your time and strive to provide the best experience possible. To ensure smooth operations and mutual respect for everyone’s schedule, the following Booking and Cancellation Policy applies to all services. ​ 1. Booking Policy Eligibility: All clients must be 16 years or older to book services. How to Book: Appointments can be scheduled online, in person, or via phone at (234) 817-7172. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. Payments can be made through our online portal or at the center. Confirmation: Once a booking is made, you will receive a confirmation email or text with your appointment details. 2. Rescheduling Policy Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be confirmed with our staff. 3. Cancellation Policy Non-Refundable: All bookings are final, and we do not offer refunds for cancellations. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time are not eligible for rescheduling or adjustments. No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, your booking will be forfeited without a refund or rescheduling option. 4. Special Conditions Weight and Height Restrictions: For safety reasons, the zero-gravity massage chair is not suitable for individuals over 300 pounds or under 5 feet tall. Please ensure you meet these requirements before booking. Hygiene Policy: Clients must arrive clean and free of distracting odors, including cigarette smoke. We reserve the right to cancel your session if these conditions are not met. 5. Exceptional Circumstances If Grow Mental Health & Wellness needs to cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered the option to reschedule. 6.
