2. Booking and Cancellation Policy

All bookings are final, and we do not offer refunds.
You may request an adjustment to your booking if the request is made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled session.

3. Conduct and Behavior

Profanity is strictly prohibited within our establishment and on our website.
We reserve the right to deny service to anyone who violates this policy.

4. Usage Restrictions

For safety reasons, the zero-gravity massage chair is not suitable for individuals over 300 pounds or under 5 feet tall.
Clients must adhere to all instructions provided by staff to ensure their safety and comfort.

5. Hygiene Policy

To maintain a welcoming environment, we reserve the right to cancel your session if you arrive with excessive dirtiness or odors, including the smell of cigarettes or other distracting scents.

6. Limitation of Liability

Grow Mental Health & Wellness is not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages resulting from misuse of our facilities or failure to adhere to provided guidelines.
Results from our services may vary and are not guaranteed.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and branding on our website and within our establishment are the property of Grow Mental Health & Wellness. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
