Booking and Cancellation Policy for Grow Mental Health & Wellness Center

Thank you for choosing Grow Mental Health & Wellness Center. We strive to provide the best possible experience for all our clients. To ensure that our services run smoothly and to respect the time of both our clients and staff, we have outlined the following Booking and Cancellation Policy.
By booking a service with us, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.
1. Booking a Service

Online Booking: Clients can schedule services (e.g., coaching sessions, zero-gravity massage sessions, micro-classes) through our online booking system on our website [insert website URL].

Phone and In-Person Booking: Alternatively, clients may call or visit the center to schedule appointments.

Service Availability: All appointments are subject to availability. We recommend booking your services in advance to secure your preferred time and date.
2. Payment for Services

Payment Method: Payment is due at the time of booking, or at the time of the service. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and debit cards through our online payment system.

Pre-Payment for Packages: If you are booking a package of services (e.g., multiple coaching sessions or massage chair sessions), payment for the full package is required upfront.

Gift Cards: Clients may use gift cards for services at the time of booking or upon arrival.
3. Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can sometimes interfere with your plans. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you follow the guidelines below to avoid any fees:
Standard Cancellation:

Notice Period: We request that you cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client.

Cancellation Fees: If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, or fail to show up for your appointment, you will be charged a 50% fee of the service cost.
No-Show Policy:

A no-show occurs when a client does not show up for their scheduled appointment and has not provided any notice. In this case, a 100% service fee will be charged.
Late Arrivals:

Late Policy: We understand that delays can happen. If you are running late, please inform us as soon as possible. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next scheduled client.

Late Arrival Fees: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the session may be considered a no-show, and you will be charged accordingly.
4. Rescheduling an Appointment

Rescheduling Notice: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. If rescheduling is made with less than 24 hours' notice, the same cancellation fees may apply as outlined above.

Rescheduling Limit: Clients may reschedule appointments up to 2 times per service. After the third change, the full service fee will apply if the appointment is canceled.
5. Refunds

Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds for services rendered. If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us immediately, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Refunds for Packages: Refunds for unused portions of service packages may be issued on a case-by-case basis, at the discretion of management. Clients who cancel or do not complete sessions in a package will be refunded for the remaining unused services after applicable cancellation fees are deducted.
6. Special Circumstances
In the event of an emergency or extreme weather conditions, we will make reasonable accommodations for clients. We may waive cancellation fees in the case of urgent situations such as personal illness, death in the family, or natural disasters, but please communicate the issue as soon as possible.
7. Changes to This Policy
Grow Mental Health & Wellness Center reserves the right to update this Booking and Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. By continuing to book or use our services, you agree to be bound by any changes made to this policy.
